- Define and evolve SRE strategy

- Establish SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
- Own key reliability KPIs
- Translate business risk into technical priorities
- Drive resilience and disaster recovery improvements
- Ensure strong observability standards
- Champion automation-first mindset
- Reduce operational manual work
- Enforce blameless postmortems
- Prevent recurring incidents
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Platform, and Security teams
- Design fault-tolerant, scalable systems
- Embed reliability as a product feature
- Ensure cost-efficient investments
- Lead Site Reliability Engineering teams
- Build high-performing, psychologically safe culture
- Develop career paths and skills frameworks
