Requirements
- C2 German language proficiency
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years sales leadership/player-coach role
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS to €10M+ ARR
- Hands-on sales leader with recent deal closing experience
- Proven track record hitting revenue targets
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, IT/Security leads)
- Deep understanding of European (DACH) sales landscape
- Ability to build sales processes, tools, and CRM setup
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Takes ownership without being asked
- Background in compliance, GRC, or adjacent SaaS verticals
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TISAX, NIS2)
- Experience building sales function from early-stage through scale
- Prior experience at Series A–C B2B SaaS startup
- Hiring support within EU time zones
Tasks
- Own new ARR and revenue targets across DACH and Europe
- Convert pipeline into revenue through strong deal execution
- Improve win rates, sales cycle efficiency, and pipeline progression
- Define KPIs, quotas, and compensation models
- Run and close key mid-market deals
- Model best-in-class discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and scale the DACH sales team
- Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives and BDRs
- Run structured deal and pipeline reviews
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and learning
- Lead the BDR team for outbound prospecting and meeting generation
- Ensure consistent prospecting activity and outreach performance
- Improve meeting quality and opportunity creation
- Optimize the BDR to AE handoff and pipeline quality
- Establish and refine the sales process and qualification framework
- Build predictable forecasting and pipeline management
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility in HubSpot
- Ensure accurate forecasting and clear pipeline reporting
