Building enterprise sales motion for AI supply chain platform, closing €30-100k+ deals. SaaS sales to European enterprises required. Flexible remote-first, VSOP program.
Requirements
- SaaS sales to European enterprises with consistent target achievement
- Closed deals in the €30–100k+ range
- Led a small AE team
- Built outbound sales process independently
- Native or near-native German speaker
- Comfortable interacting with target personas in large companies
- Daily use of AI with demonstrable work examples
- Enterprise SaaS sales background (non-negotiable)
- Personally closed enterprise SaaS deals in €30k+ range
- 1+ year leading AE team with output improvement
- Built or co-built account-based-motion personally
- Native or fluent German
- Strong English language skills
- Sold to European enterprises, ideally DACH
- Production, wholesale, or supply chain industry background
- Hands-on Account Management experience
- Account plans, PoC management, expansion roadmaps
- Scale-up experience (50–500 FTE company)
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and bias toward action
Tasks
- Lead a team of 2 BDMs and 3 AEs
- Own a personal book of strategic deals
- Build the enterprise sales motion
- Achieve net new CARR and pipeline growth
- Close strategic accounts alongside the team
- Develop and coach the sales team
- Build the ABM motion with Marketing
- Develop account expansion processes
- Represent TradeLink at industry events
- Engage in senior customer conversations
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand gen
- Collaborate with Marketing on pipeline sourcing
