Requirements
- •Degree in Food Chemistry, Technology, or related
- •Years of experience in quality management
- •Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000
- •Experience in international project management
- •Structured, analytical approach and quick comprehension
- •Initiative, organization, teamwork, and communication skills
- •Technical and disciplinary leadership experience
- •Strong English and German skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence

Tasks
- •Lead and advance the Group’s quality strategy
- •Manage the Quality Management team in Reinbek
- •Develop and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 systems
- •Ensure compliance with HACCP, Kosher, and Halal standards
- •Implement the global quality management system across international sites
- •Optimize quality processes in Indonesia, UAE, and Switzerland
- •Plan and conduct internal, customer, and certification audits
- •Execute audit follow-ups and implement corrective actions
- •Lead the cross-functional HACCP team
- •Enhance the existing HACCP and food safety concepts
- •Drive cross-site projects to strengthen quality culture
- •Manage cross-departmental projects to improve processes
- •Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives
- •Align sustainability goals with quality and corporate objectives
