Description

In this role, you will oversee product safety and quality management while leading two teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance, managing audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance processes and address customer inquiries.

Requirements

• •Degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of leadership experience in quality within the food industry
• •In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BRCGS & IFS Food)
• •Structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication and leadership skills
• •Experience preparing and conducting audits, ideally familiar with laboratory techniques
• •Proficiency in SAP and common IT tools (e.g., MS Office)
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

• •Ensure product safety and quality management development
• •Lead and develop two teams in a motivating environment
• •Ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific quality requirements
• •Manage internal, supplier, customer, and certification audits with the audit team
• •Develop and enhance the quality management system
• •Handle international customer inquiries and complaints with your team
• •Maintain close contact with subsidiaries
• •Collaborate with production and supplier management to identify improvement opportunities
• •Support process and system optimization
• •Participate in raw material approvals
