- Optimize project timelines, budgets, and resource usage
- Plan and execute R&D projects with rigorous scope, deliverables, milestones, and budgets
- Monitor key performance indicators and proactively address deviations
- Promote best practices in risk management and requirements management
- Plan verification and validation processes
- Ensure design transfer to manufacturing
- Lead, develop, and coach Project and Program Managers
- Define roles and career paths for project management
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Design and implement training programs for project management
- Create tools, templates, and standardized documentation
- Enable effective cross-functional communication with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Harmonize project management tools and KPIs
- Promote data-driven decision-making and digital solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
