Tasks
- Lead end-to-end production operations
- Ensure on-time delivery and high product quality
- Drive key KPIs including production rates, work order aging, OEE, and quality metrics
- Manage cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee CapEx and OpEx planning
- Drive capacity planning and process optimization
- Support strategic expansion for growth and scalability
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Ensure strong safety culture and workforce development
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Eliminate silos between assembly teams
- Implement visual production management
- Strengthen top-down communication to technician level
- Drive cost-focused production strategy
- Standardize and harmonize processes across teams
- Simplify workflows using Lean Management principles
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve processes
- Support prototyping and resolve design and quality issues
- Work with Planning and Purchasing to secure material availability
- Optimize capacity and maintain stable production flow
- Partner with Quality and Test Engineering to identify issues early
- Continuously improve product and process performance
- Coordinate with Program Management for ramp-ups
- Support infrastructure and cost control with Facility Management and Finance
