Tasks
- •Forecast and model self-serve revenue
- •Partner with Finance/RevOps on targets
- •Lead monthly business reviews
- •Identify and prioritize acquisition, activation, and retention levers
- •Align PLG to Sales handoffs
- •Define PQL and PIQ with Sales and Customer Success
- •Maintain a hypothesis backlog and conduct reliable tests
- •Drive at least 10 meaningful experiments per month
- •Capture learnings from experiments
- •Define critical events and ensure over 95% accuracy
- •Ship trusted activation and retention dashboards
- •Build and own growth models for activation, FVT, and retention
- •Operate as a player-coach across funnels and onboarding
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing on experiment SLAs
- •Develop AI use-cases to reduce FVT
- •Create high-converting messaging
- •Manage the Growth Product Manager
- •Hire for gaps in the team, such as analyst and lifecycle roles
- •Coach a high-velocity growth pod
