- •Drive innovative connector development for high-growth industrial applications
- •Lead a mid-sized engineering organization across three sub-teams
- •Develop advanced wiring solutions focused on assembly and functionality
- •Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- •Establish technology roadmaps aligned with market and customer trends
- •Collaborate with corporate teams on materials and manufacturing processes
- •Manage strategic partnerships with external institutes and universities
- •Drive research into miniaturization and signal integrity improvements
- •Coordinate IP development and protection strategies for new technologies
- •Manage product extensions and comprehensive NPI processes
- •Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
- •Lead VAVE cost optimization and lean engineering initiatives
