Tasks
- Administer and develop the Schriftlich fixierte Ordnung (SfO) in compliance with MaRisk and KWG.
- Establish a governance framework for internal policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors on procedural documentation and risk mitigation.
- Define and maintain the enterprise process architecture aligned with strategic and IT models.
- Guide the mapping and documentation of cross-functional, end-to-end processes.
- Oversee the use of BPM software for process model management.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in workflows.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign and optimize processes.
- Drive process automation and digitalization efforts, translating business needs into IT requirements.
- Establish and monitor process KPIs and SLAs for operational efficiency, quality control, and cost reduction.
