Tasks
- Explain regional and sub-regional performance monthly
- Ensure accurate rolling forecasts and action tracking
- Coordinate strategic and budgetary planning processes
- Manage profitable growth in alignment with Lob P&C and Regional MD
- Control Europe’s regional budget and costs
- Optimize technical results and operating profit across LoBs and sub-regions
- Collaborate on project controlling with relevant stakeholders
- Roll out and validate business cases
- Advise Europe’s regional managing director on financial matters
- Develop and administer financial control tools and procedures
- Support creation of annual financial communication reports
- Implement transfer pricing process within the region
- Produce reliable and meaningful financial analyses
- Monitor and challenge sub-regional financial standards
- Contribute to financial decision-making and propose corrective actions
- Lead planning and controlling tribe leads for sub-regions
- Foster strategic business partnership across the team
