- Extensive performance marketing or acquisition leadership experience
- Experience in high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or omnichannels business/agency
- Ideally experience in beauty or consumer brands
- Deep hands-on expertise in paid social and paid search platforms
- Strong track record scaling paid media efficiently
- Clear focus on CAC, ROAS, and long-term value
- Highly analytical
- Strong experience in experimentation, attribution, measurement, and reporting
- Proven ability to lead and scale international teams
- Strong commercial mindset
- Clear understanding of acquisition performance connecting to retention and LTV
- Experience managing large budgets
- Owning commercial outcomes
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- US market experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in English
- Additional European language is a plus
Tasks
- Lead global performance marketing strategy across paid channels
- Drive efficient customer acquisition and scalable growth
- Own performance marketing across the paid customer journey
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns
- Improve customer acquisition cost efficiency
- Maximize return on ad spend
- Define and manage media budgets
- Manage pacing and bidding strategies
- Manage forecasting across channels and markets
- Build rigorous testing frameworks for creatives and audiences
- Scale testing frameworks for formats, channels, and landing pages
- Partner with CRM, Brand, Product, Analytics, and Data teams
- Ensure alignment between acquisition and lifecycle
- Translate performance insights into learnings
- Inform creative strategy and audience development
- Inform broader growth initiatives
- Build and lead a global performance marketing team
- Develop a high-performing global performance marketing team
- Foster a culture of experimentation
- Foster a culture of accountability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
