Description

In this role, you will lead a diverse team to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration across departments to drive growth.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• •Extensive operational leadership experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or industrial sectors
• •Proven expertise in process optimization, production planning, and cross-functional leadership including electronics and PCBA manufacturing
• •Strong knowledge of EHS, facility management, and strategic sourcing
• •Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Oversee and develop high-performing teams in core functions
• •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance
• •Align operational performance with company KPIs and strategic objectives
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Quality
• •Develop and execute resource allocation and workforce development plans
• •Ensure plant safety and compliance oversight
• •Supervise facility operations, maintenance, and safety systems
• •Design and implement efficient production processes
• •Monitor and improve manufacturing performance and productivity
• •Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• •Collaborate with regional leads for plant transformation
• •Analyze operational data and support strategic decision-making
• •Oversee procurement planning and supplier management
• •Manage cross-departmental project timelines and resource allocation
• •Lead site execution to meet key performance indicators
• •Champion workforce development and training programs
