- Enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement quality control procedures and optimize test benches.
- Propose design updates to improve production efficiency.
- Design and develop new manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Train operators and technicians on best practices and technologies.
- Encourage innovation in production methods and technologies.
- Implement new factory capacities and automation.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to processes.
- Optimize performance and quality through changes.
- Monitor results to ensure effectiveness of improvements.
- Foster a culture of ongoing development and innovation.
- Improve security, ergonomics, efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Participate in industry digitalization and ERP integration.
- Implement KPIs using PowerBI and ensure product data integrity.
