Tasks
- Drive Medical Affairs strategies in Immunology, Oncology, and Mental Health
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Patient Advocacy
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Deliver clear scientific guidance and clinically meaningful insights
- Enable optimal patient access to therapies
- Contribute to the growth of the prescription healthcare business
- Translate and execute Medical Affairs strategy across the product lifecycle
- Engage early pre-launch and co-develop post-launch strategies
- Ensure product acceptance, growth, and profitability
- Provide strategic medical leadership to cross-functional teams
- Promote a patient-centric approach
- Maximize the value of BI medications
- Generate and communicate robust clinical data
- Support local OPU in demonstrating safety and efficacy
- Drive compliant engagement with external experts
- Plan and execute local Medical Affairs activities
- Align activities with broader strategic priorities
- Build a high-performing Medical Affairs organization
- Attract, develop, and retain talent
- Foster strong collaboration across MA, ROPU, and regional stakeholders
- Ensure effective leadership and governance
- Manage performance and talent development
