Requirements
- •Degree in pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production or quality assurance, ideally in sterile environment
- •Very good knowledge of relevant regulations (AMG, AMWHV, GMP)
- •Experience in leading leaders
- •Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and qualification/validation topics
- •Communication and organizational skills, calm and solution-oriented in dynamic situations
- •Enjoyment of team leadership, development, and structured coaching
- •High sense of responsibility and interest in continuous improvement
- •Proven experience in regulatory inspections

- •Deep knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines (AMG, AMWHV, GMP)

- •Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, qualification and validation activities
- •Calm, structured, and solution-oriented leadership style in high-pressure situations
- •Strong people leadership mindset focused on development, accountability, and performance

- •Proven experience supporting and leading regulatory inspections

Tasks
- •Lead shift supervisors and production teams with full responsibility
- •Ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing across all activities
- •Own occupational health and safety standards
- •Manage production planning and resource allocation
- •Develop leaders and teams through coaching and feedback
- •Establish strong shopfloor routines and transparent communication
- •Oversee cGMP training compliance and manage budgets
- •Collaborate with Engineering, QA, QC, and global stakeholders
- •Ensure high equipment availability and maintenance standards
- •Lead operational escalations and set priorities under pressure
- •Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
- •Develop the organization in line with business needs and budgets
- •Contribute to departmental budget planning and preparation
