Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic procurement experience
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep Retail or FMCG experience
- Sourcing expertise in IT, Marketing, Logistics, or Real Estate
- Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- Fluent German
- Advantageous professional English proficiency
- Exceptional stakeholder influence and leadership
- Expertise in change management
- Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding

Tasks
- Design the multi-year indirect procurement roadmap
- Establish procurement vision, policies, and governance
- Recruit and lead a ten-person procurement team
- Advise the C-suite on procurement-led strategies
- Partner with department heads to co-create solutions
- Drive adoption of new procurement technologies
- Educate stakeholders on strategic sourcing benefits
- Execute a comprehensive cost-savings pipeline
- Guide category managers on high-spend areas
- Lead complex and high-value supplier negotiations
- Implement a scalable group-wide P2P process
- Utilize spend analytics and AI-driven reporting
- Establish a robust supplier risk framework
