Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10–15 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement roles (global, regional, local)
- Manufacturing site leadership experience
- Proven success designing and deploying global production system or lean transformation program
- Experience designing and deploying operational excellence framework across global manufacturing operations (big plus)
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem solving methodologies (A3, 5-Why, DMAIC)
- Experience with/leading Digital Manufacturing technologies deployment and application in operational excellence
- Strong change management and cross-cultural leadership skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Hands-on, shop-floor orientation
- Lean certifications
- Six Sigma certifications
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Tasks
- Set vision and roadmap for HPS and maintenance strategy
- Lead global teams of lean and maintenance experts
- Mentor regional leaders and build operational excellence culture
- Deploy global OE framework with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and best practices
- Embed CI culture across E2E value chain
- Develop global operator skill programs and lean/maintenance training
- Standardize daily management systems and problem-solving routines
- Drive improvements in value creation and waste elimination
- Optimize material and information flow
- Implement process automation and simplification
- Ensure equipment reliability through maintenance and CMMS use
- Eliminate structural losses and optimize spare parts
- Leverage digital enablers with IT
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership
- Align with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering
- Report performance and risks
