- •Strong experience in managing global third-party manufacturing operations
- •Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- •In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
- •Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- •Collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

- •Monitor performance of third-party manufacturers
- •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction
- •Negotiate with third-party manufacturing partners as needed
- •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives
- •Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership
- •Coordinate with sales and operations for product demand forecasting
- •Implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- •Facilitate communication between departments and manufacturers
- •Prepare for and respond to challenges in the manufacturing process
