Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, or related field, focus on Controlling, Finance, or comparable; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
- Several years relevant professional experience in group/corporate controlling, international corporate or consulting environment, including years in strategic/leadership role
- Strong expertise in group performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting
- Proven experience designing and developing group-wide controlling governance structures, standards, processes, steering models
- Distinct business partner profile with direct interaction with Executive Board, CFO, divisional management; ability to critically challenge business performance and decision-making
- Experience in group-wide transformation, optimization, digitalization initiatives within finance/controlling environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, full professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
Tasks
- Develop and enhance group-wide controlling and performance management
- Establish KPIs, standards, and policies
- Oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage group-wide management reporting
- Analyze and comment on group-level business performance
- Derive and implement steering measures and corrective actions
- Support and challenge strategic and operational decisions
- Steer investment, corporate cost, and overhead controlling
- Lead group-wide controlling projects and transformation initiatives
- Ensure consistent and standardized group performance management
- Align performance management with Group Finance
