Head of Fulfilment Operations(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in economics, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in 3PL operations or warehouse leadership
• Leadership ability, team-building, and stakeholder-management skills
• Analytical mindset, advanced Excel, and intermediate SQL skills
• Experience with Lean Management or Six Sigma
• Track record leading complex, multi-site operational projects
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes and systems
• Hands-on style, ownership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across Europe
• Excellent English communication skills
• High resilience, planning capability, and organizational discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Tasks

• Own regional operational excellence across multiple fulfillment centers
• Ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality customer delivery
• Build and develop high-performing teams
• Establish clear KPIs and a continuous improvement culture
• Manage logistics service providers and resolve operational escalations
• Optimize workflows and service-level metrics to improve efficiency
• Lead strategic business reviews to support future growth
• Ensure capacity readiness for daily and seasonal peaks
• Support strategic negotiations for network stability and competitiveness
• Contribute to European fulfillment center strategy and footprint
• Champion quality standards for a best-in-class customer experience
• Guide capacity-expansion initiatives and new center launches
• Collaborate with engineering teams on expansion projects
• Drive customer-centric and productivity-enhancing initiatives
• Partner with HQ and Engineering for cross-functional alignment
• Coach and empower fulfillment center managers and experts
• Foster operational innovation and deep expertise
• Report directly to the Director of Fulfillment
