- Oversee technical, commercial, and infrastructural operations
- Plan and manage construction, renovation, expansion projects
- Manage budgets for cost-efficient resource use
- Ensure reliable daily operations and smooth processes
- Lead project and construction meetings
- Manage warranty claims and quality standards
- Oversee external service providers for cleaning, catering
- Ensure service quality and contract performance
- Manage office and room allocation
- Lead space management for effective campus use
- Establish and manage inventory systems
- Drive sustainability and energy management initiatives
- Ensure on-call duty coverage for facility operations
- Respond timely to technical faults, infrastructure issues
- Lead and develop the Facility and Energy Management department
- Define and ensure consistent goal execution
- Manage, coach, develop team members
- Build a strong, accountable team culture
- Ensure succession planning
- Partner with HR on hiring, development, employee matters
- Act as key contact for internal, external stakeholders
- Align facility, space, service strategies with organizational needs
