Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects
  • •Proven ability to lead other leaders and manage large teams
  • •Strong expertise in EPC project execution and governance
  • •Demonstrated track record of delivering large capital projects
  • •Strategic mindset linking project execution to business objectives
  • •Strong leadership, influence, and decision-making skills
  • •Deep knowledge of construction, procurement, project management, and project controls
  • •Solid financial, contractual, and risk management capability
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Willingness to travel internationally
  • •Additional languages are a plus
