Requirements

  • •Formal training as a master craftsman, state-certified technician, or degree in electrical engineering
  • •At least 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering construction site management
  • •Up-to-date knowledge of German occupational health and safety regulations
  • •Proven track record of streamlining processes and setting up efficient systems
  • •Structured and analytical mindset
  • •Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
  • •Native German and C1 level English

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement standardized site management processes
  • •Act as the Electrical Specialist for all German sites
  • •Conduct risk assessments and lead safety walks during site visits
  • •Manage and support a team of 11 site managers
  • •Conduct regular check-ins and document team discussions
  • •Assist with project acquisition and prepare competitive offers
  • •Negotiate contracts with clients
  • •Participate in key management and client meetings
