- •Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- •Set commercial plans, priorities, and milestones
- •Guide teams through execution and remove blockers
- •Deliver initiatives on time and against KPIs
- •Champion continuous improvement through performance reviews
- •Align commercial and technical roadmaps to elevate the customer journey
- •Collaborate with global teams to influence technical priorities
- •Align stakeholders across the cluster for local execution
- •Coach team members to foster commercial and technical excellence
- •Promote a high-performance culture of ownership and accountability
