Tasks
- Strategically drive customer experience for ZEISS customers and patients
- Organize and orchestrate activities to develop digital product portfolio
- Oversee projects within the business unit
- Ensure seamless development of experiences and leverage cross-project synergies
- Develop and manage online customer journeys and experiences
- Design and implement personalized, omnichannel experiences with data and AI
- Support professional development of team members
- Set up product and project teams for success
- Act as main point of contact for ZEISS partners and end-users
- Align budgets for projects and initiatives with business owners
- Align strategic roadmaps and implementation timelines
- Oversee full process from ideation to implementation to operations
- Drive continuous improvement and scaling of digital products
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support business transformation
- Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives for future success
