Tasks
- Build and lead the design function
- Set the design quality bar
- Create a coherent design language
- Shape the design system in Figma
- Review and make design decisions
- Hire and develop the design team
- Allocate design capacity across product groups
- Lead the design system across the platform
- Define and maintain the quality bar for design
- Ensure consistent high-quality product releases
- Design for AI-powered workflows and experiences
- Shape frameworks for variable outputs and error states
- Establish design collaboration with product and engineering
- Ensure early design input in the development process
