  • •Own the delivery and capacity framework for MediaMarktSaturn Technology
  • •Build a high-performing delivery organization that ships reliably at scale
  • •Design and implement a unified delivery and capacity model
  • •Integrate the model with the global prioritization process
  • •Create real-time dashboards for capacity and delivery transparency
  • •Establish KPIs with clear early-warning signals
  • •Drive a continuous improvement cycle with Agile Coaches
  • •Develop standards, playbooks, and measurable improvements
  • •Set up tech governance for large, cross-functional programs
  • •Ensure major rollouts have the right delivery capabilities from day one
  • •Act as the delivery lead for large-scale programs
  • •Collaborate with global program managers on overall outcomes
  • •Lead and develop the Delivery Management team
  • •Report directly to the VP of Tech Strategy & Operational Excellence
  • •Shape and evolve the Tech 'Way of Working' in a scaled agile setup
  • •Enhance predictability, commitment, and delivery confidence
