- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and corporate regulations
- Architect and implement comprehensive data protection and compliance setup
- Monitor and enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and assess business impact
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risks and solutions
- Develop and implement policies and internal controls
- Lead and oversee audits, risk assessments, and investigations
- Act as primary point of contact for data protection authorities
- Design and deliver training programs on compliance and ethics
- Report on data protection and compliance issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, people, and security teams
- Lead and mentor the compliance and data protection team
- Foster a culture of accountability and ethical decision-making
