- •Long-term experience in Data Strategy, Governance, Modeling, and Management
- •Leadership of product and engineering teams in matrixed environments
- •Familiarity with pharma regulations and cloud-native architectures
- •Track record in building data cataloging and governance software
- •Hands-on expertise with Collibra, Ataccama, and governance tools
- •Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and integration
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile framework understanding

- •Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams
- •Develop an Enterprise Data Governance Catalog using Collibra
- •Build Data Quality Management products with Ataccama
- •Define and execute platform roadmaps

- •Chair the Data Committee and Data Domain Forum
- •Collaborate with IT, analytics, and compliance teams
- •Implement enterprise-grade data lineage and modeling
- •Apply agile methodologies to create scalable solutions
- •Explore agentic AI and data mesh architectures
