Tasks
- Develop and drive vision and product strategy
- Manage P&L
- Partner with business to drive revenue and profit growth
- Own product commercials for direct and global custody
- Partner with operations to manage operating costs
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction
- Lead development and execution of Europe custody product strategy
- Set ongoing priorities and annual investment decisions
- Identify areas for improvement in core products
- Explore new business opportunities
- Shorten chain of custody
- Drive efficiency and reduce risk
- Participate in industry groups
- Drive market leadership and change
- Partner with clients and industry participants
- Deliver value-added products
- Collaborate on commercial topics with stakeholders
- Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams
