Tasks
- Develop and implement global Corporate Real Estate strategy
- Define policies, standards, and decision-making frameworks
- Optimize portfolio using scenario analyses and benchmarking
- Steer portfolio performance with KPIs
- Develop global operating model considering requirements
- Provide executive advisory on footprint strategy
- Advise on transformation and CAPEX prioritization
- Advise on balance-sheet impacts
- Originate and develop business cases for transactions
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence
- Negotiate and execute acquisitions and divestments
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements
- Manage sale and leaseback transactions
- Manage major single-asset transactions
- Manage portfolio programs
- Lead PMI and value-creation initiatives
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Tax teams
- Collaborate with Accounting, M&A, and local site teams
- Develop global KPI and performance steering framework
- Manage global reporting, including forecasts
- Conduct trend analyses and benchmarking
- Ensure high data quality and integrity
- Ensure transparency in reporting
- Integrate ESG requirements across real estate lifecycle
- Provide enterprise risk advisory
- Advise on market, legal, and operational risks
- Advise on environmental and stranded-asset risks
- Conduct scenario and stress tests
- Develop contingency plans
- Steer real estate workstreams in M&A transactions
- Manage separation and TSA definition
- Manage lease allocation and asset transfers
- Ensure Day-1 readiness for integrations
- Lead an international CRE team
- Build and maintain a strong external network
- Strengthen internal collaboration
