As the Head of Corporate Compliance for the Coatings division, you will shape and lead the global compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while providing essential guidance and training to the team and compliance officers worldwide.

Requirements

• •Law degree (German first and second state examination)
• •Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience
• •Minimum 5-10 years of experience in compliance in an international company
• •Leadership experience in compliance
• •Deep expertise in sanctions, anti-corruption, criminal law, and data protection law
• •Strong communication skills in German and English
• •Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• •Strategic, solution-oriented, and resilient
• •Proactive and hands-on mentality
• •Excellent ability to network and collaborate

Tasks

• •Lead the development of the global compliance strategy
