- •Experience with lead-generation funnels
- •Healthcare or hearing-care industry exposure is a plus
- •Experience with P&L ownership
- •Experience with revenue management
- •Experience with Agile frameworks is an advantage

- •Develop and support team members for success
- •Drive the optimisation strategy for global lead-generation funnels
- •Enhance UX through research, A/B testing, and iterative design
- •Oversee digital product development from concept to delivery
- •Align product development with business goals and user needs
- •Manage and evolve the MarTech stack for efficient campaign execution
- •Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Country teams on digital projects
- •Represent Product & Optimization to senior leadership
