  • Develop and support team members for success
  • Drive the optimisation strategy for global lead-generation funnels
  • Enhance UX through research, A/B testing, and iterative design
  • Oversee digital product development from concept to delivery
  • Align product development with business goals and user needs
  • Manage and evolve the MarTech stack for efficient campaign execution
  • Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Country teams on digital projects
  • Represent Product & Optimization to senior leadership
