Tasks
- Lead a senior organization of Commercial Contract Managers and Claims Managers
- Negotiate and execute major CAPEX supply contracts
- Proactively manage contracts commercially
- Connect contracts to business cases, risk processes, and controlling activities
- Drive best-practice claims management
- Identify and mitigate claims issues early
- Protect project value through claims management
- Establish and lead a strategic function of DMA and CMA managers
- Deliver development and construction services to joint ventures
- Shape processes, systems, and governance for JV delivery
- Ensure PD&E delivers services effectively and transparently
- Ensure PD&E services align with contractual obligations
- Develop and implement a new JV delivery model for PD&E
- Oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of major CAPEX contracts
- Develop Contract Managers to work proactively and commercially
- Ensure Claims Managers are embedded in projects
- Enable early mitigation of risks
- Protect against cost and schedule deviations
- Ensure contractual compliance for JV services
- Ensure high-quality reporting for JV services
- Maintain strong communication with PMT/PMO
- Cooperate closely with Controlling to optimize costs and revenues
- Support PMT and JV stakeholders in presenting decisions
- Shape and improve processes and systems for JV services
- Ensure PD&E is represented in partnering processes
- Collaborate with JV SLA and JV Management functions
- Ensure right commercial scope, risk allocation, and decision-making frameworks
- Drive insurance and contract claims matters for joint ventures
- Shape the future of offshore wind at Vattenfall
- Enable successful delivery across every project
- Strengthen PD&E's position in the JV landscape
