Requirements

  • 7-9 years experience in Communications functions
  • Ability to work efficiently with global team
  • Experience managing communications experts
  • Knowledge of press relations, social media, monitoring
  • Knowledge of internal communication (intranet, CMS)
  • Knowledge of event organization, video editing, images
  • Strong autonomy
  • Diplomacy and listening skills

  • Define and execute local communications plans
  • Manage local communications budget and resources
  • Coach and train local spokespersons
  • Adapt and cascade local communications to group vision
  • Harmonize group messaging across all channels
  • Ensure local compliance with brand basics
  • Monitor local reputation and group press policy
  • Share key local events and best practices
  • Participate in global communications community
  • Develop and implement regional synergies
  • Implement harmonized communication processes
  • Manage regional communications budgets and resources
  • Control communications KPIs with business units
  • Coordinate regional communications with regional MD
  • Contribute to Regional Heads of Comms community
  • Work with AI, machine learning, and data analytics
  • Ensure responsible and ethical use of data

  • 7 - 9 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
