- •Develop and lead internal and external communications strategy
- •Translate complex technology and business topics into compelling content for press releases, articles, keynotes, and digital channels
- •Oversee media relations and act as the primary spokesperson
- •Manage relationships with journalists and industry analysts
- •Create content for press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, and key external presentations
- •Define, protect, and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels
- •Ensure brand consistency through guidelines and collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams
- •Lead the development of a content system that drives Orbem's narrative across web, social, PR, and internal channels
- •Oversee brand-building initiatives, including thought leadership and campaigns
- •Monitor brand health metrics and communications effectiveness
- •Develop an internal communications strategy to keep the team informed, engaged, and aligned
- •Partner with executive leadership on public appearances, announcements, and investor relations
- •Manage all-hands meetings and internal forums to foster transparency
- •Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of communications and brand specialists
- •Manage external PR and design agencies
- •Own the communications budget
- •Lead by example, promoting Orbem's values through actions and decisions
- •Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where people do their best work
