Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years' experience in sales operations, performance management, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence C-level
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (CRM design, reporting, adoption) and other sales enablement/BI tools
  • Proven success in designing, implementing, and driving adoption of sales processes and performance frameworks across complex, global organizations
  • Own sales track record / sales experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
