Requirements

• •PhD or Master’s degree in Technical, Business or Medical discipline
• •Understanding of end-to-end stroke clinical pathway
• •Ideally clinical knowledge in stroke and neuro-interventional expertise
• •Experience in go-to-market strategies within MedTech/Healthcare
• •Strong leadership and cross-functional team guidance
• •Success in strategic program leadership and business development
• •Experience in matrix organizations and complex projects
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Connections with international stroke societies and KOLs
• •Patient-centered mindset and passion for innovation
• •Excellent communication in English and German
• •Confident presentation and complex topic simplification
• •Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
• •Proactive, responsible, and quick decision-making
• •Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• •Experience in international environments across cultures

Tasks

• •Develop and execute the company's stroke strategy
