Tasks
- •Develop and implement a strategic plan for the HCV business in Germany
- •Manage and execute marketing, sales, and customer network activities
- •Oversee Brand P&L, including sales and financial planning
- •Lead Brand Team activities and processes
- •Represent affiliate business interests in internal meetings
- •Build a high-performing organization with talent management and succession planning
- •Foster strong cross-functional collaboration within the company and with Global and Area teams
- •Maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- •Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and AbbVie Ways of Working
