Requirements

• •8 years experience in investment processes
• •Knowledge in strategy and business development
• •Knowledge in Sustainability Business and Energy Transition
• •Experience leading cross-functional teams
• •Experience in stakeholder management and commercial arrangements
• •Ability to motivate and lead teams
• •Experience communicating with international senior management
• •Experience in international matrix and virtual teams
• •Proficiency in English and German
