Tasks
- Lead AI Enablement within the GEA AHEAD Program Office
- Build and drive structured AI capability development
- Ensure all colleagues can use AI
- Enable divisions to identify and mature AI use cases
- Act as a central connector between divisions and IT
- Support AI guideline and best practice definition
- Design and facilitate AI learning formats
- Contribute to change management for responsible AI usage
- Monitor AI trends and regulatory developments
- Translate trends into clear implications and recommendations
- Represent AI enablement to senior stakeholders

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
