- Develop AI and analytics capabilities through training formats
- Build and foster internal communities of practice
- Support HR and Finance with data integration and reporting
- Automate manual processes to drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliant handling of sensitive payroll and organizational data
- Connect strategy and execution for tangible analytics tools
- Shape data models and cross-functional reporting standards
