Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or engineering within manufacturing
- Proven leadership managing maintenance teams
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, chemical)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, asset management
- Proficiency with SAP PM or other CMMS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities
Tasks
- Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability team
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies
- Optimize asset lifecycle management
- Drive reliability improvement initiatives
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Utilize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Manage the maintenance budget
- Manage MRO costs
- Manage contractor services
- Utilize SAP PM or equivalent CMMS for planning and tracking
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams on capital improvement initiatives
