- Manage change controls and inspections
- Review protocols and reports
- Define validation strategies
- Lead communities of practice
- Leverage COPs to enhance network capabilities
- Drive internal and external benchmarking
- Promote continuous improvement
- Manage COE priorities, capacity, and performance
- Ensure robust individual development plans for the team
