Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in electrical engineering, ideally consumer electronics or hardware product development
- Strong competence in RF (cellular, NFC, Wi-Fi/BT), power design, digital buses/protocols, battery technology, analog design
- Proven experience bringing multiple hardware products to mass production
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream CAD system (e.g., Altium, Cadence/Allegro)
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration willingness
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Basic coding skills for firmware compilation and validation
Tasks
- Translate product specifications into efficient, scalable electrical designs.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and stakeholders.
- Ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Design, review, and improve electrical schematics for new products.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers.
- Design, test, and validate products.
- Debug and validate designs through prototyping and iterative testing.
- Brainstorm with the Hardware team to solve difficult problems.
- Suggest design improvements.
- Act as an expert in hardware engineering.
- Coordinate implementation with agile, cross-functional teams.
