Requirements
- Extensive track record with HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data models
- Experience with complex workflows and automation
- Hands-on use of LLMs (e.g. Claude) via n8n, APIs, or similar
- Passion to coach others on AI and multiply knowledge
- Experience applying AI to lead scoring, prioritization, personalization, data classification, enrichment
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations
- Ability to integrate AI into systems
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting all requirements
- Eligible to live and work in Berlin
Tasks
- Build and scale commercial systems and processes
- Automate 1-2 processes per quarter
- Maintain CRM system and commercial processes
- Monitor performance of revenue generation
- Transform manual workflows into automated ones
- Impact revenue and efficiency through automation
- Build and maintain automation in HubSpot
- Define and own AI-driven GTM engine architecture
- Set standards for AI and automation
- Design and implement lead scoring models
- Manage HubSpot connectors to Claude and other tools
- Improve data and lead generation processes
- Ensure compliance in data enrichment
- Convert manual GTM processes into scalable ones
- Continuously build AI-driven automation use cases
- Implement AI-driven automation from idea to production
