- •Bachelor or Master degree in business or related degree
- •Professional experience in start-ups, consulting, sales or commercial roles
- •Experience in customer facing role (advantageous)
- •Interest in sales, GTM and customer interaction
- •Openness to travel 3-4 days per week
- •Teamwork and great communication skills
- •Passion for numbers, data, structure and analytics
- •Fast learner with a start-up mindset
- •German (C2 or Native) and English negotiation level

- •Test hypotheses and gather customer insights

- •Analyze data needs and conduct market research
- •Conceptualize and implement market entrance strategies
- •Create and implement new commercial processes
- •Restructure sales teams and craft pitch decks
- •Manage diverse projects and key stakeholders
- •Develop a T-shaped skill set across business functions
