- •Fluency in English and German
- •Minimum 4 years of experience in growth marketing, E-Commerce, performance marketing, or similar roles
- •Independent working and analyzing new approaches
- •Strategic thinking and structured self-organization
- •Strong data analysis skills and analytical mindset
- •Proven commercial background and understanding of the marketing funnel
- •Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and improving unit economics
- •Experience with A/B testing setups, incrementality, CRO and/or ROAS optimization
- •Test and learn mindset and hands-on attitude
- •Solution-oriented mindset and aiming for improvement
- •Very good project and stakeholder management skills
- •Team player with interest and empathy for colleagues
- •Very strong communication skills in English and German
- •Excellent presentation skills

- •Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition
- •Create a full-funnel commercial growth strategy for the DACH market
- •Oversee marketing activities including campaigns and product launches
- •Provide input on campaign optimization for paid and organic channels
- •Align with local and global stakeholders to drive efficiency
- •Report on commercial KPIs and brand performance metrics
- •Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights
- •Implement testing strategies across all channels for insights
- •Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with various departments
