- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, problem identification and solution proposal
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal English; German (advantageous)
Tasks
- Develop and maintain the Group Risk Management Framework
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support continuous improvement of the Multiple-Risk Framework
- Conduct risk assessments and stress-testing methodologies
- Update policies, guidelines, and procedures regularly
- Contribute to audits and annual reports
- Perform risk quantification and detailed analysis
- Support capital planning processes
